Our products are intended exclusively for adults 21 years of age or older. We are committed to preventing the sale, delivery, or distribution of vaping, nicotine, tobacco, and other age-restricted products to anyone under the legal purchasing age.

You must be 21 years of age or older to:

• Purchase age-restricted products from VapeTrex.com
• Place an online order
• Purchase products at our retail location
• Receive a local delivery
• Receive an age-restricted shipped order
• Accept delivery on behalf of another eligible purchaser where permitted by law

We do not knowingly sell or provide vaping, nicotine, tobacco, or other age-restricted products to anyone under 21.

NO SALES TO PERSONS UNDER 21.

Age Verification

VapeTrex uses age-verification procedures to help prevent purchases by minors.

Customers may be required to provide information such as:

• Full legal name
• Date of birth
• Billing address
• Delivery address
• Valid government-issued photo identification
• Other information reasonably necessary to verify identity and age

We may use a third-party age or identity verification service to confirm the information submitted by a customer.

If we cannot reasonably verify that a customer is at least 21 years old, the order may be rejected or canceled.

Photo Identification

VapeTrex reserves the right to request valid government-issued photo identification from any customer regardless of apparent age.

At a minimum, identification will be requested whenever required by applicable federal, state, or local law.

Acceptable identification may include:

• State-issued driver’s license
• State-issued identification card
• U.S. passport
• Other valid government-issued photo identification showing the customer’s date of birth

Expired, altered, fraudulent, copied, or otherwise unacceptable identification may be rejected.

Online Orders

Simply clicking an “I am 21+” button does not by itself guarantee that an order will be approved.

Online orders containing age-restricted products may be subject to electronic age and identity verification before fulfillment.

By placing an order, the customer represents and certifies that:

1. The customer is at least 21 years old.
2. The information provided is accurate and belongs to the customer.
3. The customer is legally permitted to purchase the products ordered.
4. The customer will not provide the products to anyone under 21.
5. The customer understands that additional age verification may be required before shipment or delivery.

VapeTrex may cancel any order that fails age verification.

Local Delivery – 21+ Verification

VapeTrex provides local smoke shop delivery to qualifying areas of Broward County and Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Age-restricted products will only be released to an eligible recipient who meets applicable age-verification requirements.

The recipient may be required to:

• Be physically present at the delivery location
• Be at least 21 years old
• Present valid government-issued photo identification
• Complete identity verification
• Sign for the order

A delivery driver or authorized delivery provider has the right to refuse delivery if the recipient cannot successfully complete age verification.

No age-restricted order should be left unattended at a door or otherwise provided without the legally required verification.

Nationwide Shipping

Age-restricted products are shipped only to destinations where such sales and deliveries are legally permitted.

Where required, shipments will use an approved delivery method that requires an eligible adult recipient to:

• Be at least 21 years old
• Accept the shipment
• Provide qualifying identification
• Sign for the package

Availability of shipping does not guarantee that every VapeTrex product can legally be shipped to every state, county, city, or ZIP code.

VapeTrex may refuse or cancel orders to restricted jurisdictions.

No Purchases for Minors

Purchasing an age-restricted product for someone under 21 is strictly prohibited.

Customers may not:

• Purchase vape or nicotine products for a minor
• Allow a minor to use their VapeTrex account
• Allow a minor to use their identification
• Provide false age information
• Use another person’s identity to bypass age verification
• Ask another adult to purchase products for a minor
• Accept delivery with the intention of transferring the product to someone under 21

Orders suspected of being placed on behalf of a minor may be canceled.

False or Fraudulent Identification

VapeTrex has zero tolerance for attempts to circumvent age-verification requirements.

We may refuse service when we reasonably suspect:

• False identification
• Altered identification
• Stolen identification
• Fraudulent customer information
• Misrepresentation of age
• Unauthorized use of another person’s payment method or identity
• Attempts to purchase age-restricted products on behalf of a minor

Where appropriate, suspected fraud or unlawful activity may be reported to the relevant payment provider, delivery provider, or authorities.

In-Store Purchases

Our physical retail location follows a strict 21+ sales policy.

Employees are instructed not to complete an age-restricted sale unless applicable age requirements have been satisfied.

VapeTrex/The Boss Vape may require identification even when a customer appears to be older than the minimum legal age.

If there is uncertainty about a customer’s age or identification, employees are authorized to refuse the sale.

Youth Prevention

VapeTrex does not want vaping or nicotine products in the hands of minors.

Our youth-prevention practices include:

• Enforcing a minimum purchasing age of 21
• Using age-verification procedures
• Requiring identification when appropriate
• Refusing suspicious transactions
• Preventing proxy purchases for minors
• Applying age controls to online orders
• Applying age controls to local deliveries
• Applying age controls to eligible shipped orders
• Training employees regarding age-restricted sales
• Following applicable federal, Florida, and local age-restriction requirements

No Free Vape or Nicotine Samples

VapeTrex does not provide free samples of vaping, e-cigarette, e-liquid, nicotine, or other tobacco products to consumers where prohibited by law.

Promotions, discounts, reward programs, or other offers do not override applicable age-verification requirements.

All customers participating in promotions involving age-restricted products must still be legally eligible to purchase those products.

Marketing to Adults

VapeTrex’s age-restricted products are intended for adult consumers.

We do not intentionally market or promote vaping or nicotine products to children or persons under 21.

Our marketing should not be interpreted as encouraging underage vaping, tobacco use, or nicotine consumption.

Website Access

The VapeTrex website may display an age confirmation or age-verification notice.

Entering the website or confirming that you are 21 or older does not eliminate the requirement to complete additional age verification when purchasing age-restricted products.

VapeTrex reserves the right to restrict website access or ordering functionality when necessary to protect against underage purchases.

Failed Age Verification

If a customer cannot complete required age verification:

• The order may be placed on hold
• Additional documentation may be requested
• The order may be canceled
• Delivery may be refused

Any refund resulting from a canceled order will be handled according to our applicable Return & Refund Policy and subject to charges already incurred where permitted by law.

Employee Responsibility

Employees and representatives involved in selling or delivering age-restricted products are expected to follow VapeTrex’s age-verification procedures.

Employees are encouraged to refuse a transaction whenever there is a reasonable concern that:

• The purchaser is under 21
• Identification does not belong to the purchaser
• Identification appears altered or fraudulent
• An adult appears to be purchasing for a minor
• The purchaser cannot complete required verification

Protecting against youth access takes priority over completing a sale.

Compliance With Applicable Laws

VapeTrex follows applicable federal, state, and local requirements governing the sale and delivery of age-restricted products.

Because laws and regulations may change, VapeTrex may modify:

• Age-verification procedures
• Identification requirements
• Shipping eligibility
• Delivery requirements
• Geographic restrictions
• Product availability

when necessary for legal or regulatory compliance.
