If an obvious pricing or technical error occurs, VapeTrex reserves the right to cancel the affected order and issue a refund rather than honor an incorrect price.

8. Local Smoke Shop Delivery

VapeTrex offers local delivery to qualifying locations within portions of Broward County and Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Estimated local delivery time is generally 2–4 hours, depending on:

Distance, traffic, weather, order volume, product availability, courier availability, age verification, and other circumstances.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Local deliveries may be completed by VapeTrex personnel or legally authorized third-party delivery providers.

VapeTrex reserves the right to select or change the delivery provider used for any order.

Age-restricted products will only be delivered using a method permitted by applicable law and, where applicable, the delivery provider’s terms and policies.

9. Local Delivery Identification

Customers ordering age-restricted products must be available to complete any required age and identity verification.

A person who is legally permitted to accept the delivery may be required to present a valid government-issued photo ID and sign for the order.

A courier may refuse to complete a delivery when:

The recipient cannot provide acceptable identification; the recipient is under 21; the recipient appears intoxicated or unable to legally receive the product; the delivery address is incorrect or inaccessible; or completing the delivery would violate applicable law or delivery-provider requirements.

Additional charges may apply if a delivery attempt fails because of incorrect information or the customer’s inability to legally accept the order.

10. Nationwide Shipping

VapeTrex may offer nationwide shipping for eligible products only to locations where the sale and shipment of those products are legally permitted.

The availability of a product for purchase does not guarantee that the product can legally be shipped to every state, county, municipality, territory, or address.

VapeTrex reserves the right to decline or cancel an order when shipping the product to the customer’s location would violate applicable law, licensing requirements, tax requirements, carrier policies, or other restrictions.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

11. Shipping Methods

Available shipping methods may vary depending on the product, customer location, applicable law, and carrier restrictions.

Only carriers and delivery methods legally authorized and approved to transport the applicable products will be used.

Any shipping options displayed during checkout are subject to availability and legal eligibility.

Estimated transit times do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates.

12. Order Processing

Eligible orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Time Monday through Friday may be processed for same-business-day shipment.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM may be processed the following business day.

VapeTrex does not normally process outbound shipments on weekends.

Orders placed after 12:01 PM Friday through the weekend may be processed beginning the following Monday or business day.

Processing schedules may change because of holidays, carrier schedules, inventory, compliance review, weather, or other circumstances.

13. Tracking Information

When tracking information is available, customers may receive tracking details by email, text message, or through their order information.

Tracking information may take time to update after a shipment is transferred to a carrier.

14. Carrier Delays

Once a shipment has been transferred to an authorized carrier, transportation and delivery may be affected by circumstances outside VapeTrex’s control.

These may include weather, carrier delays, transportation disruptions, address problems, regional emergencies, holidays, and other events.

Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

VapeTrex is not responsible for carrier delays to the extent permitted by applicable law.

15. Shipping and Delivery Charges

Shipping and local delivery charges are generally non-refundable once the applicable shipping or delivery service has been purchased or performed.

If VapeTrex makes an error by purchasing a shipping service different from the service paid for by the customer, we will review the applicable shipping charge and provide an appropriate adjustment when warranted.

16. Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages

Customers should promptly review shipment tracking information.

If tracking indicates that a package has been lost while in the carrier’s possession, customers should contact VapeTrex and/or the carrier so the matter can be investigated.

Carrier claims may be subject to the carrier’s own policies and procedures.

If tracking confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer, VapeTrex is generally not responsible for theft or disappearance occurring after confirmed delivery, except where otherwise required by law.

17. Incorrect Shipping or Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate:

Name, delivery address, apartment or unit number, telephone number, email address, and other information required to complete an order.

VapeTrex is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by inaccurate information submitted by the customer.

Additional delivery or shipping charges may apply when an order must be re-delivered or re-shipped because of incorrect customer information.

18. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by the VapeTrex Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Generally, unopened and unused eligible products may be considered for return within the period specified in our Return & Refund Policy.

Due to health, hygiene, safety, and regulatory concerns, opened or used vaping, nicotine, disposable, consumable, or similar products may not be returnable.

Defective, incorrect, or damaged-product claims must be reported within the timeframe stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

19. Order Cancellations

Orders may generally only be canceled before processing, shipment, or assignment to a local delivery provider.

Once an order has been shipped or released for delivery, cancellation may no longer be possible.

20. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe there is a problem with an order or charge, please contact VapeTrex first at 754-837-1783 so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter.

Customers may not knowingly file a false, fraudulent, or misleading payment dispute or chargeback.

VapeTrex reserves the right to provide payment processors, financial institutions, and other appropriate parties with relevant order records, delivery confirmations, tracking information, age-verification information, communications, and transaction records when responding to a payment dispute.

Nothing in this section limits any legal rights a customer has to dispute an unauthorized or improper transaction.
